Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.

To be considered, manuscripts submitted to L'Education Ouverte et Libre - Open Education must meet the following prerequisites:
  • Format: The texts, in Word, Libre Office or Open Office format (no PDF), must be submitted on the online platform. In addition to the article, the author must provide, in English and in French, the title of the article, about 5 keywords and a short abstract of about 250 words.
  • Length: the manuscript should not exceed 50,000 characters for articles and 10,000 characters for reviews (including notes and spaces).

  • Originality: the proposed manuscripts must not have been submitted or published elsewhere, in any language and in any form, not even electronically
