Abstract

The gods Neferhotep of Hu (7th nome HE), Kolanthes of Athribis (9th nome HE) and Horudja of El-Qalꜥa and Shenhur (5th nome HE), who suddenly appeared in documentation between the Third Intermediate Period and the Roman era, share many similarities that seem to stem from their common nature as children who were deified after their death.
