In this study, we evaluated the ability of recombinant antibodies ABCD_AK588 and ABCD_AK594 to detect guinea pig VGLUT1 on brain sections by immunofluorescence. Both antibodies produced specific labeling consistent with the expected distribution of VGLUT1, supporting their utility for neuroanatomical studies.
