Submissions

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• The submission has not been previously published, nor submitted to another journal for consideration. If this is not the case, please provide information in the "comments to the editor" field.
• For the written parts, submission files are in OpenOffice, LibreOffice or Microsoft Word format. For oral submissions, files are in MP3 or WAV.
• The formatting of the text is aligned and consistent throughout the text and uses one bibliographic style.
• In addition to the article, the author must provide the title of the article, at least 5 keywords and a short abstract of about 250 words.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
• Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
• Length: the manuscript should be about 6000 words but this can be negotiated.
• Required para-documents have been sent with the article, particularly the author's self-assessmement declaration [ https://oap.unige.ch/journals/eol-oe/libraryFiles/downloadPublic/25 ].
• I have read the Author Guidelines [ https://oap.unige.ch/journals/eol-oe/information/authors ]
• For written and oral contributions, the author must provide an extended summary of about 1000 words in one of the 6 UN languages, in written format. This extended summary will be translated in the remaining 5 UN languages by the journal
