Russie-URSS-Russie, un siècle d’humanitaire

La préparation de ce numéro spécial consacré à l’URSS et la Russie face l’humanitaire a coïncidé de façon très inattendue avec une actualité controversée : l’acheminement d’une aide humanitaire russe aux régions d’Ukraine orientale en proie, depuis le printemps 2014, à un affrontement entre forces séparatistes dites « pro-russes » et armée ukrainienne régulière.
