Ants to sniff out cancer?

Has it ever crossed your mind that ants could detect cancer? That’s what a French study suggests. Cancer screening is a major challenge for public health and detection methods like mammograms or MRIs are not only expensive, but also invasive. A team of scientists may have discovered a new non-invasive method using the ants’ sense of smell.
