Antibody Reports https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep
Antibody Reports (ISSN 2624-8557) is an international, peer-reviewed open access online journal edited by the Geneva Antibody Facility, designed to focus on technical, experimental validation of recombinant antibodies. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental results in as much detail as possible, with the philosophy of "one antigen, one technique, one paper".
en-US AntibodyReports@unige.ch (Prof. Pierre Cosson) AntibodyReports@unige.ch (Wanessa du Fresne von Hohenesche) Tue, 23 Jun 2020 11:04:18 +0000 OJS 3.1.2.1 http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss 60 AR222, AR249, AS274, AS702 and AS708 antibodies recognize the spike S protein from SARS-CoV-2 by ELISA https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/220
The recombinant antibodies AI334, AQ806 and RB596 detect by immunofluorescence the spike S protein from SARS-CoV-2.
Philippe Hammel, Anna Marchetti, Frederic Zenhausern Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/220 Tue, 23 Jun 2020 11:04:04 +0000 AR222, AR249, AS274, AS702 and AS708 antibodies recognize the spike S protein from SARS-CoV-2 by immunofluorescence https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/228
The recombinant antibodies AR222, AR249, AS274, AS702 and AS708 detect by immunofluorescence the spike S protein from SARS-CoV-2.
Anna Marchetti, Frederic Zenhausern Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/228 Mon, 13 Jul 2020 18:08:51 +0000 RB571, RB572, RB573, RB574, RB575, RB576, RB577 and RB578 antibodies recognize a fragment of the membrane M protein from SARS-CoV-2 by ELISA https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/230
The recombinant antibodies RB571, RB572, RB573, RB574, RB575, RB576, RB577 and RB578 detect by ELISA a synthetic peptide from the SARS-CoV-2 M protein.
Philippe Hammel, Frederic Zenhausern Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/230 Thu, 09 Jul 2020 04:21:14 +0000 RB572, RB574 and RB576 antibodies recognize the membrane M protein from SARS-CoV-2 by immunofluorescence https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/231
The recombinant antibodies RB572, RB574 and RB576 detect by immunofluorescence the spike S protein from SARS-CoV-2.
Anna Marchetti, Frederic Zenhausern Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/231 Mon, 13 Jul 2020 18:10:12 +0000 The RB596 antibody recognizes a linear epitope from the spike S protein from SARS-CoV-2 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/232
The recombinant antibody RB596 recognizes a linear epitope (residues 973-984, ISSVLNDILSRL) from the SARS-CoV-2 spike S protein.
Lluc Farrera-Soler, Jean-Pierre Daguer, Sofia Barluenga, Nicolas Winssinger Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/232 Mon, 13 Jul 2020 12:40:13 +0000 RB137 recognizes LL37 in neutrophil-extracellular trap-like (NET) structures in systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis inflamed tissues by immunofluorescence in histological sections https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/235
Besides being a natural antibiotic, the human cathelicidin LL37, produced by epithelial cells and neutrophils, is an important immune-modulator. LL37 alone, or in complex with DNA, can activate inflammatory pathways in psoriasis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). In this work, we describe the capacity of the recombinant monoclonal antibody RB137, previously shown to specifically recognize LL37 in its native form by ELISA, to detect LL37 by immunofluorescence in human tissues derived from SLE and RA patients. In these tissues, LL37 decorates DNA filaments resembling neutrophil-extracellular-trap (NET) structures. This antibody represents a valuable tool to detect the presence, the native state and the exact localization of LL37 in human tissues in health and disease.
Roberto Lande, Stefano Alivernini, Barbara Tolusso, Francesca Spadaro, Mario Falchi, Raffaella Palazzo, Immacolata Pietraforte, Carlo Chizzolini, Kostantino Giannakakis, Francesca Romana Spinelli, Cristiano Alessandri, Elisa Gremese, Fabrizio Conti, Loredana Frasca Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/235 Mon, 27 Jul 2020 04:19:58 +0000 Monoclonal antibodies RB139 and RB142 recognize citrullinated LL37 by immunofluorescence in histological sections in Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/236
LL37 is a natural antibiotic, but is also a molecule with pleiotropic functions as well as an immune-modulator. LL37 is produced by epithelial cells and is present in neutrophils’ granules. LL37 alone, or in complex with DNA, can activate inflammatory pathways in psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). In this work, we describe the capacity of two recombinant monoclonal antibodies, RB139 and RB142, previously shown to specifically recognize LL37 in its citrullinated form (cit-LL37) by ELISA, to detect LL37 by immunofluorescence in human inflamed tissues derived from SLE and RA patients. Such antibodies represent previously unavailable tools to detect the presence, the citrullinated state and the exact localization of cit-LL37 in human tissues in health and disease.
Roberto Lande, Stefano Alivernini, Barbara Tolusso, Francesca Spadaro, Mario Falchi, Raffaella Palazzo, Immacolata Pietraforte, Carlo Chizzolini, Kostantino Giannakakis, Francesca Romana Spinelli, Cristiano Alessandri, Fabrizio Conti, Elisa Gremese, Loredana Frasca Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/236 Mon, 27 Jul 2020 04:21:01 +0000 RB620 and RB621 antibodies recognize a peptide of the SARS-CoV-2 E protein by ELISA https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/238
The recombinant antibodies RB620 and RB621 detect by ELISA a synthetic peptide from the SARS-CoV-2 envelope E protein.
Philippe Hammel, Frederic Zenhausern Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/238 Mon, 24 Aug 2020 10:33:32 +0000 The RB621 antibody recognizes the envelope E protein from SARS-CoV-2 by immunofluorescence https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/239
The recombinant antibody RB621 detects by immunofluorescence the envelope E protein from SARS-CoV-2.
Anna Marchetti, Frederic Zenhausern Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/239 Wed, 26 Aug 2020 05:10:14 +0000 AG424 and AG427 antibodies recognize the human TrkB protein by western blot https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/240
The recombinant antibodies AG424 and AG427 detect the human TrkB protein in the human neural progenitor cell line ReNcell® VM and in human brain by western blot.

Audrey Roussel-Gervais, Stéphanie Sgroi, Vincent Jaquet Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/240 Fri, 04 Sep 2020 10:19:04 +0000 The AA345 antibody specifically recognizes α-tubulin by western blot in human cell lines https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/260
The recombinant antibody AA345 specifically detects human α-tubulin in HEK293, Hela, and HepG2 human cell lines by western blot.
Lucie Oberhauser, Miriam Stoeber Copyright (c) 2020 The author(s) http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://oap.unige.ch/journals/abrep/article/view/260 Tue, 17 Nov 2020 07:05:21 +0000
